Foundry Abbotsford offers free same-day counselling, with options to connect online, by phone, or in person.

Select “Same Day Counselling Booking Request Form.” The form asks for basic information, preferred contact method, and available times.
Availability:
- Monday: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Tuesday: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday and Thursday: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Foundry also provides additional services, including a medical clinic and peer support programs.
